Positive: This was the best place I've stayed in! It was very clean and it had everything you needed. The owner was keeping in touch with us everyday asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. I recommend this beautiful place!

Positive: We've stayed in this apartment for an extended weekend in Milan. The place was quite easy to get to and from, although its not very central. Inside the apartment was impeccably clean, and the host was super nice and helpful. All the stated amenities were available and worked well, and overall its a very good value for money! Thanks to the host for having us.

Positive: The appartment was located about 25 minutes from the city of Milan by train. The building complex was clean and modern and in a very quiet area. It was very close to all means of public transport so easy to get around. Access instructions were straight forward and we had no difficulty. The appartment itself was very modern, extremely clean and pleasant with bedrooms and living area air conditioned. Had every facility except for a washing machine, Nice touches were the toiletries for guests and plenty of towels. There were plenty of tea and coffee supplies as well as jams, spreads and snacks. There was even bottled water and a bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator. An information folder was also suppled which was much appreciated. Puts many hotel rooms to shame.
Negative: The only issue we encountered was, apart from no washing machine, which wasn't really a deal breaker, was that we didn't have any hot water from Sunday night till be left on Monday morning. Suspect there was an problem with the building's hot water system due to possibly a black out at some stage. Unfortunately we never heard back to find out what the issue was. Apart from that we didn't have any problems with the hot water during the rest of our stay.
Summary: Overall it easily exceeded my expectations and would definitely stay again.

Positive: Everything was perfect. It was very clean which is the most important thing, we had all the facilities and some sweets from the host. The location it's a bit far to walk to the center but there is metro near so in 30 minutes you get there. The host was very nice and asked us everyday if everything is okay and if we need something.
